During my visit to the restaurant at Premier Inn, Kahlen provided fantastic service. She was very polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal. Everything was handled quickly and with a smile, and she made the whole experience really pleasant. It is always nice when someone clearly takes pride in their work. A real credit to the team.
Had a really great stay here. The room was spotless, quiet, and exactly what you want after a long day — comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and everything working perfectly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out, which made a big difference. The hotel itself is well located, easy to get to, and felt safe and calm. I slept really well, which says everything about the comfort and atmosphere. Excellent value for money and consistent quality, just what you expect from Premier Inn. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to others.
This hotel is in a convenient location and works well for a short stay, but the comfort could be improved. While the room was clean and quiet, the pillows were quite flat and the mattress felt uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Staff were pleasant and the basics were covered, but better-quality pillows and a more supportive mattress would make a big difference to the overall experience.
Great experience here whilst travelling for work, staff were very friendly and the room was spotless. Booked into the restaurant for dinner and the staff were excellent also. Had a new menu on arrival which was great and enjoyed a great meal. Will be staying again.
Clean, tidy and warm room. Good nights sleep as always in a Premier Inn. Very quiet as room at back was overlooking cemetery so quiet neighbours . Very good location only minutes from motorway into Glasgow or Edinburgh. Good parking. Friendly staff. We opted for Breakfast which was lovely and freshly cooked to order with attentive waitress service who was very friendly. Good continental selection. Petrol station and Macdonald's opposite for those leaving to need quickly.
Kirsten at breakfast was very helpful and kept on filling and topping up the breakfast options. Very helpful / vegetarian menu available upon request. We stay in a family room and it was amazing.
Really clean, well maintained room. Polite, professional staff. We opted for the 'Meal Deal' which saved us loads on food as my son loves his steak. Would defo reccomend this Premier Inn and will be booking again.
Brilliant hotel. Check in was efficient and friendly. Christine on reception also gave me directions to where I needed to be as I don’t know the area. Room was clean but could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was good as was dinner. I will be back if in area again
